Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

All products are shipped from our partnered fulfillment hubs and international warehouses directly to your door.

2. Shipping Guarantee

We provide a shipping guarantee for our users. If we miss the delivery date window during extended transit conditions (usually 30-40 days), we offer a full refund.

The shipping guarantee is counted from the date that the package leaves our transit warehouse:

In normal circumstances: More than 30 days.
In peak holiday seasons: More than 40 days (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.).
In unforeseen circumstances: Such as extreme weather conditions or global infrastructure disruptions, the date may differ. Updates will be sent via notification email and messages.

Please Note:

North America & Select International Destinations: For orders shipped to Canada, the USA, European countries, and New Zealand, a refund is issued if the total shipping time is more than 30 days.

Extended Regions: For orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa, a refund is issued if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.

Delivery Issues Due to Customer Errors: Order delays caused by pending delivery status, such as an insufficient or incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or inability to contact the customer, are excluded from refund eligibility.

You can check the estimated delivery date on each product page as a reference, counted from the time a tracking number is created. During peak seasons, dates may be longer due to high volume and carrier capacity limits.

3. Shipping Methods

We use global postal and express services to support worldwide delivery. Regional methods include:

CA Express: Ships to Canada exclusively via Canada Post.
US Express: Delivers to the United States (excluding Military bases) via USPS.
UK Express & AU Express: Fast, dedicated shipping routes to the UK and Australia using regional domestic postal partners.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

US Express: Average delivery time is 7–12 days.
CA Express: Average delivery time is 8–15 days.
AU Express: Average delivery time is 7–9 days.
UK Express: Average delivery time is 6–10 days.

Note: In peak shopping seasons, there may be a minor 3–5 day delay across fulfillment networks.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend heavily on the chosen shipping method and your final destination. Please refer to the specific product description pages for precise shipping fee information during checkout.
